Established in 2002, and founded by Jane Carstens in Vancouver BC, today Matchmaker for Hire is one of the renowned, privately owned matchmaking firms in Canada. Providing a personable approach, and an impressive client list, headquartered in Vancouver BC, we work with selective men and women living primarily in Western Canada.

How We Work
At Matchmaker for Hire, we work very similar to an executive search firm. We are a “Personal Headhunter”, continuously networking, recruiting and bringing introductions to our clients, who deserve the best.
As a result, our exclusive clients have the opportunity to meet exceptional men and women inside, as well as outside of our confidential, proprietary database.
We personally meet with each client whom we choose to work with, with a one-on-one private interview in their homes. Our team consists of intuitive, extremely intelligent, empathetic, highly-motivated, educated, socially-connected matchmakers.
Once a member of our “Firm”, we personally will go to work, carefully hand-selecting (NO algorithms-just knowing our clients), the best possible introductions to set our clients up, provide private pre and postdate consultations, ongoing feedback and date coaching and we even set the date up for you!

With headquarters located in Vancouver BC, we in addition, work with clients in Calgary Alberta, and Victoria BC and some across North America. As a client of Matchmaker for Hire, you will be able to select introductions from one or more of our client locations.
Each of our Custom Search memberships can be custom designed to best embody who you are, as well as your future partner. The result is a confidential, customized niche database of potential introductions created just for you. We have the expertise to fully accommodate it all.
